CONSTITUTION & REGULATIONS 
 

1.

The Fund shall be managed by a Committee consisting of four permanent Trustees named above.
 

2.

The Fund to assist poor Sussex Bowlers in need, who are or have been Members of annually subscribing Clubs affiliated to the County Association, and poor dependants of deceased Member of such Clubs.
 

3.

 Recommendations for assistance to come through the Committees of Clubs and/or through the Trustees.
 

4.

Names of persons receiving assistance are only disclosed to the Committee and Auditors, all cases being otherwise referred to by numbers.
 

5.

A report of the Fund and audited Financial Statement shall be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of the Association and be published on the County Website.
 

6.

The Financial Year to coincide with that of the County Association. 
 
The object of the Fund is to help all who are poor and in need of assistance and this can be made possible if each Club will contribute annually to the Fund.
 
In addition the Committee will appreciate any Competition, Bowls Drives etc. that the Clubs may care to arrange in aid of the Fund.
 
The Committee appeals to the Clubs and their Members for all possible support of the Fund.
 
Contributions should be sent to reach the Hon. Treasurer Tony Sharman, 79 Hangleton Valley Drive, Hove, BN3 8EJ.
 
BEFORE 30th SEPTEMBER please for inclusion in the annual accounts for that year.
 
All cheques to be made out please to:
